Ragda pattice recipe by tarla dalal

Preparing
For That RAGDA
1. Pressure prepare dried white-colored peas with 2 glasses of water for six whistles. Open the oven lid once the steam escapes out.

MAKING
For That RAGDA
2. Heat oil inside a wok, and saut onions for any minute. Now add mustard seeds, adopted by cooked dried white-colored peas (safed vatana) and saut for any minute.
3. Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander-cumin seeds powder, and prepare for just two-3 minutes.
4. Finally add two tablespoons water and coriander, and prepare for a few minutes. Keep aside.

For That PATTICE
5. Inside a bowl, combine together taters, ginger root-eco-friendly chilli paste, salt, and corn flour.

6. Make eight equal flat models of the mix, adopted by developing a depression in every round.
7. Place 1 teaspoon of eco-friendly chutney in every depression, and again shape into round, thick pattice.
8. Heat a greased non-stick griddle, and prepare all of the pattice using little oil until golden brown on sides. Keep aside.

FINALIZING
9. On the serving plate, place two prepared pattice and pour th from the ragda regarding this, adopted by 1 tablespoon of sweet chutney, 1 teaspoon of garlic clove chutney and a pair of teaspoons of eco-friendly chutney.
10. Finally sprinkle 1 tablespoon of onion, 1 tablespoon of papadi, two tablespoons of sev, teaspoon of chilli powder and a pair of tablespoons coriander.
Repeat the above mentioned tactic to make 3 more servings.

SERVING
11. Serve immediately.
