Ingredients

  • → Oil To Fry.
  • → Salt To Taste.
  • → Turmeric (haldi) 1/4 Teaspoons.
  • → Red chili powder 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Garam Masala powder 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Cornflour two tablespoons.
  • → Eco-friendly chilly 1 Figures.
  • → Cumin seeds (jeera) 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Curry Leaves(kadhi patta) a couple of To Taste.
  • → Taters 500 Grams.
  • → White-colored Vatana 250 Grams.

Directions

1.Soak vatana in water for around six hrs and boil with haldi till done.
2.Add salt, mash just a little.
3.Boil taters, peel amp mash them, add corn flour, finely cut eco-friendly chilies and salt.
4.To help make the pattice, make small balls from the potato mix after which apply slight pressure to flatten it evenly.
5.Heat the Tava, place a little oil onto it amp fry pattice lightly on sides. Fry on slow or medium heat. Keep aside.
6.Heat 1 tablespoons of. of oil, gently fry jeera, kadhi patta, chili powder and Garam Masala Powder to create vaghar. Put this vaghar around the Ragda.
7.Right before serving, take pattice and pour ragda onto it.
8.Serve hot with Tamarind Chutney and sliced onions.
