Tinolang Manok with Malunggay (Chicken Soup)
Knowing this dish, I bet you're drooling now. I truly love malunggay leaves (horse raddish leaves). It's very nutritious. They are saying that if you're breastfeeding, eat lots of this as well as your milk production increases. The soup is really good that can make you sweaty after. This is among the Filipino's favorite dish. So simple yet scrumptious and nutritious. Just boil chicken meat in water having a bundle (3-5 leaves) of lemon grass, eco-friendly onions, ginger root, onions and season it with pepper and salt. When it's done, the malunggay foliage is added before serving. Ensuring the leaves won't be overcooked to preserve the nutrients. This really is perfect with grain.
