This Indian dessert is extremely tasty as well as hugely popular. It's perfect to create when time is brief Ladoos are popular Indian sweet dish anytime Rava ladoo or rava laddu is a well-liked Indian sweet that is prepared from semolina (rava), ghee, little milk, sugar, dry fruits and cardamom.

Ingredients

  • → rasins 10 Figures.
  • → Cashew nuts 10 Figures.
  • → Coconut scrapped 1 Cup.
  • → milk optional 1/2 Cup.
  • → Cardamom 1 Pinch.
  • → sugar 1/4 Cup.
  • → Ghee two tablespoons.
  • → Semolina (Suji/Rava) 1 Cup.

Directions

1. Have a pan add Ghee adding all dry fruits let they alter the color tiny bit.
2. Now add grated coconut fresh adding semolina and saute them in really low flame till it changes into brown colour.
3. Add Sugar and mixing in really low flame for several min then switch from the flame and add milk into it keep mixing.
4. Lastly add Cardamom powder mix well and transfer it to some plate.
5. Take that laddu mixture to your hands making small dumplings and allow it to dry for 2hrs.your laddus are prepared.
