Best Meatloaf I've ever made. Absolutely rave reviews. I cant imagine anybody saying they didn't enjoy it! Well i guess, to every their own favourites I suppose! For me personally, this a person a keeper since I came across it here several weeks ago. Instead of prepare the meatloaf inside a family size loaf pan I make four to five small ones in small glass baking dishes and freeze them after which just play oven or micro to reheat if needed. I've also froze the sauce in ice cube trays after which have extra sauce after i take out among the little loafs. The frozen sauce melts quickly within the hot loaf. Like it.

I adopted another's hint and sautee the chopped onions having a large clove of minced garlic clove before contributing to the meat mixture, and add about 1/2 t. worstestershire sauce. I sometimes give a couple Tblsp. of bbq sauce towards the sauce mixture, however the sauce is excellent without them too - I usually make extra for individuals who choose it extra "extra saucy"! Tasty comfort food.
