Newcastle brown ale all grain recipe

Newcastle brown ale all grain recipe

Description

Newcastle Brown Ale was initially made in 1927 in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England
Newcastle may be the essential wealthy, British brown ale. It's is nice, malty, somewhat nutty, yet refreshing.

The Beer

Newcastle is, apparently, a mix of two beers (a more dark and lighter) made to become blended. The recipe I've this is a simple approximation and, admittedly, might be more toward the British Brown style in general than a precise replica from the Newcastle illustration of this style.
