Nguyn liu:
• 10 tai nm ng c ti (nu nm kh, ngm nc cho mm), ra sch, b phn cng ( dnh lm nc sp), xt lt
• 1 cy nm loa kn (king oyster), ra sch, ct lm 3 khc, x nh
• 1 hp nm inh (khong 1 chn), ra sch, ct b gc, x cho ri
• 2 c c rt, v (nu hu c), ra sch, bo cng
• 20 cy mng ty, ngm nc mui cho ra ct, b b khc ui ( dnh lm nc sp), xt lt phn u
• 3 ming tu h, xt cng
• 3 mung canh mt tha (walnut syrup hay ng)
• 3 mung canh mui
• 3 mung canh du
• 5 t ln nc hm rau c hay nc l
• 1/2 chn gim trng
• 3 mung canh bt nng
• 2 tri t cay, bm nhuyn (hay t nhiu ty , c th thay th bng tiu xay)
Cch lm:
1. Vn la cao, cho 1/2 phn du vo ni, xo nm ng c 1 pht, nm loa kn (king oyster) 1 pht, v nm inh 1 pht, trt ra t.
2. Cho 1/2 phn du cn li vo ni, xo c rt 1 pht, c sn 1 pht, mng ty 1 pht.
3. Trt nm xo tr v ni, nm mt tha, mui, xo 2 pht cho thm gia v.
4. Cho nc vo ni, th tu h vo, nu si.
5. Ha gim mire bt nng vo t, cho vo ni sp, khuy u, nu si.
6. Nm t hoc tiu.
