  • how EASY was this and soooo many compliments tooo. i cooked the pastry on the mesh crisper for half the cooking, then added the leek mixture, i grilled some streaky bacon, and crumbled over and done with the parsley, the left overs the following day was divine. i additionally pay attention to the lemon comments so only used 1 lemon and zest, PERFECT!!

    Lovely recipe, would maybe use more leeks the next time and slightly less lemon but everybody really enjoyed it.

    Managed to get like a began for 15 people (3 tarts split into 6 slices) having a side salad.

    Designed a couple of tweaks after studying the above mentioned comments. Halved the quantity of lemon and used double the amount leeks. Also used garlic clove plant Boursin rather of goat's cheese and pecans rather of walnuts when i already had them within the cupboard. Switched out well however the pastry would be a little saturated. Basically made again, I'd put an egg wash around the pastry and bake inside a hot oven for five-ten minutes before wearing the topping and baking up until the finish.
