Fog Beserker's can be created in all forms, light medium and high.
To achieve the "box" recipe you need to craft the chest area piece, purchase the Elonian Bottles of wine (25 silver each so 2.5 gold), have 50 mystic coins (I've 99 left after yesterday) and i believe it had been 10 crystals that we bought with skill points.
Invest four within the Mystic Forge and also you obtain the recipe for that box.
