This recipe has gone out friggin' standing!
I had been using Wendy's brand packaged fajita mix just before finding this recipe. Never imagined anything may be as good because the T.B. packages. Once the packages grew to become tricky to find, I decided to test out some homemade mixes.

After I saw this recipe had over 110 reviews that are positive, I decided to try it out.
Aaaah maaazing.
It's really Much better than the. seasoning that I have used for a long time. Made the recipe just as described, and used about one Tablespoon per pound of cooked chicken meat. I'll most likely test out adding a little more 'heat' ala cayenne and crushed red pepper, (because I've got a preference for warm food) however this recipe is amazing away from the box.

Pretty good but an excessive amount of salt in my opinion. I cut the salt in two, overlooked the bullion, bending the cumin, and quadrupled the garlic clove powder. Were left with as much flavor with less sodium.
