Ingredients

  • → steamed Taters 2 Figures.
  • → small finely chopped Onion 1 Figures.
  • → Coriander leaves finely chopped To Taste.
  • → Ginger root (very finely chopped or grated)small Piece.
  • → eco-friendly Chillies (finely chopped) 1-2 Figures.
  • → Salt, Red Chilli powder and Graram masala To Taste.
  • → Butter To Taste.

Directions

  1. Mash the taters.
  2. Add all of the stuffing products to mashed taters and blend it correctly.
  3. Make two medium size chapati, add some filling towards the one chappati and canopy it with the second.
  4. Now roll it slightly.
  5. Place it inside a pre-heated oven at 450 degree (broil). (Cover top tray with aluminium foil for simple baking)
  6. When top side is completed alter the side and a cheque (till correctly baked)
  7. Spread butter regarding this.
  8. Serve hot with yogurt.
