Ingredients
- → steamed Taters 2 Figures.
- → small finely chopped Onion 1 Figures.
- → Coriander leaves finely chopped To Taste.
- → Ginger root (very finely chopped or grated)small Piece.
- → eco-friendly Chillies (finely chopped) 1-2 Figures.
- → Salt, Red Chilli powder and Graram masala To Taste.
- → Butter To Taste.
Directions
- Mash the taters.
- Add all of the stuffing products to mashed taters and blend it correctly.
- Make two medium size chapati, add some filling towards the one chappati and canopy it with the second.
- Now roll it slightly.
- Place it inside a pre-heated oven at 450 degree (broil). (Cover top tray with aluminium foil for simple baking)
- When top side is completed alter the side and a cheque (till correctly baked)
- Spread butter regarding this.
- Serve hot with yogurt.
