500 grams Basmati Grain
1 teaspoon biryani masala pdr
1 teaspoon black cumin
6 teaspoon Clarified Butter
8 number Eggs
1 teaspoon fried onion
1 teaspoon Fresh Coriander/Cilantro Leaves
1 tablespoons of Ginger root garlic clove paste
4 number Eco-friendly Chillies
1 bunch mint
1 tablespoons of oil
1 large Onions
2 cup Plain Yogurt

1 to taste Salt
10 number whole garam masala

Directions
Wash and soak grain not less than hour.
