    • 6 Eggs
    • 2 Onions, finely chopped
    • 3 tablespoons of Ghee / Butter / Oil
    • 1 teaspoon Ginger root-garlic clove paste
    • 2 Tomato plants medium size, finely diced
    • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
    • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon Parsi Dhana Jeera powder
    • 3 Eco-friendly Chillies, finely chopped
    • 2 tablespoons of Coriander leaves, finely chopped
    • 1 teaspoon Sugar
    • Salt to taste

    Method

    1. Heat just a little ghee / butter / oil inside a sauce pan over medium flame / heat and fry the finely chopped onions until light brown. Add some ginger root garlic clove paste, salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, parsi dhana jeera powder, cumin seeds, eco-friendly chillies, sugar and stir fry for 1 minute.
    2. Inside a bowl, beat the three eggs up until the yolk and white-colored are nicely blended.
    3. Add the rest of the Ghee / Butter / Oil within the saucepan where the onions happen to be fried and stir within the egg mixture and chopped coriander leaves till all of the ingredients are very well blended.
    4. Continue stirring the whole mixture, on the low flame, in order that it doesnot choose the bottom / sides from the saucepan. Keep cooking up until the eggs have recently thickened and therefore are moist and soft.
    5. Serve hot with fresh bread rolls / toast.
