Ur website is simply superb. Its quite different from the standard ones which offer recipes. Urs with pictures allow us to to visualise whenever we read recipes itself. I began trying one at a time for the reason that. Made ullivada today also it was very tasty. I added Jeerakam and in might that arrived on the scene well.

Well I'm searching for that recipe for beef fry and kerala porotta. Would you please share that for those who have both of these.

This onion vada intrigues me since i just attempted making some with different recipe I discovered on the packet of gram flour. In United kingdom, they give them a call onion bhajis (that we be aware of word bhaji isn't right).

Would you please let me know why mine switched out a little dry? Must I possibly prefry (sweat) the onions first?

You don't need to fry the onions first. I believe you've added more gram flour for this reason it switched dry. Should you found so, pls keep your mixture for some time, up until the onion produces water making the mix wet.
