This can be a compilation of the very most advantageous, deadly, and multi-component potions poisons available. They were hands-selected due to their complimentary effects for example Paralysis + Lingering Health Damage or Restore Magicka + Fortify Magicka, etc. Whenever you can each recipe uses the most typical ingredients with acceptable substitutions in italics .
Daedra Hearts
Daedra hearts create a pointless but valuable 5-effect concoction/poison, in addition to a 3-effect damaging poison that is good against warrior-type opponents.
Daedra hearts will also be valuable to hold onto because afterwards within the Winterhold quests you get access to the Atronach Forge which enables anybody who's completed the connected quests to craft Daedric weapons using hearts + Black products. Human Hearts
Bad humans don't drop this, but human Hearts create a great poison versus. Mages.
Human Flesh
Human Flesh constitutes a pointless but valuable 4-effect concoction/poison, in addition to a fantastic paralysis poison. However, you will find simpler-to-make versions of this.
Nirnroots Crimson Nirnroots
Nirnroots can mostly be utilized for invisibility in addition to resist magic. Also offers damage health insurance and damage stamina.
