Ham glaze recipe brown sugar dijon mustard
Ingredients
  • 1 (12-pound) shankless skinless smoked cured pork
  • Whole cloves for studding pork
  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup prepared mustard
  • two tablespoons cider vinegar
  • Variation: GLAZED Pork STEAK WITH BROWN SUGAR MUSTARD GLAZE
  • one to two-inch Pork Steak
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup prepared mustard
  • two tablespoons cider vinegar
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 levels

Score surface of pork into diamonds and stud center of every gemstone having a clove. Place pork on the rack inside a roasting pan and bake for 1 1/2 hrs. Inside a bowl combine the sugar, mustard and vinegar and spread glaze evenly over pork. Bake for an additional 35 minutes Transfer pork to some platter and let stand fifteen minutes before carving.

Preheat oven to 350 levels

Combine cloves. sugar and mustard and brush over Pork Steak. Bake in baking dish in 350 degree oven for fifteen minutes until heated through.
