Ingredients:
  1. Tender Coconut Water and Pulp 2 no.
  2. Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tin
  3. Milk Steamed and Cooled 1 cup
  4. Cardamom(Elakka) Powder ¼ teaspoon
  5. Ghee ½ teaspoon
  6. Cashew Nuts 10 g
  7. Raisins (Unakka Munthiri) 10 g
Description:
  1. Grind the tender coconut water together with pulp. Do not need to grind easily, as items of coconut pulp is more enjoyable in payasam.
  2. Mix the condensed milk using the chilled milk.
  3. Now mix the grinded pulp with tender coconut water towards the chilled milk and condensed milk. Mix well.
  4. Heat a little pan, add .50 teaspoon of ghee, roast the cashews and raisins and increase the payasam.
  5. Add cardamom powder towards the payasam.
  6. Chill them in fridge for around half an hour and serve.
