Ingredients
  • 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, reduce small piece, plus much more for greasing
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus much more for dusting
  • 1 1/2 cups firmly-packed light brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • About 1 1/2 cups butterscotch, semisweet chocolate, peanut butter, or white-colored choc chips, optional
Directions

1.Preheat oven to 375 levels F. Butter and flour a 9-by-13-inch glass baking dish and hang aside.

2. Melt butter inside a medium skillet over medium heat before the water evaporates and also the milk solids turn golden brown, seven to ten minutes. Remove from heat and let awesome slightly.

3. Stir butter into brown sugar inside a large bowl until smooth awesome to 70 degrees.
