Ingredients:
1/3 cup of Soy Sauce
1/3 cup water
1 Clove of Garlic clove, minced
1 Teaspoon of Grated Ginger root
2 Tablespoons of of Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons of of Mirin
1/4 teaspoon of Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoons of of Corn starch
1 Tablespoons of water
1/3 cup of Honey
2 lb of Wings already trimmed
1) Inside a saucepan, add some soy sauce, 1/4 cup water, mirin, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger root and garlic clove, and simmer before the brown sugar dissolves.
2) In a tiny bowl, mix together the fir Tablespoons of water and corn starch and combine it with the simmering sauce. Let it thicken, turn heat off and allow it to arrived at 70 degrees, meanwhile, preheat your oven to 400 levels.
3) Mix together the sauce, honey and hot pepper flakes and hang aside.
4) Tumble the wings inside a disposable foil baking pan (or wrap your baking pan with aluminum foil a few occasions) drizzle over about 50 % the sauce, pop them within the oven to bake for around forty-five minutes for an hour or until they develop a color and prepare completely through.
