Easy Reduced Carb Granola Bars

Easy Reduced Carb Granola Bars really are a grain free, high protein, satisfying nutty snack. These are simple to make, soft, baked granola bars which are grain free having a paleo option. Ideal for on the run snacking and between meal cravings. Simply blend or pulse ingredients inside a processor or blender, spread inside a pan and bake.

Easy Reduced Carb Granola Bars:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F, and grease or oil a 8 x 4 inch loaf pan.

  • cup almonds
  • cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 3 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • teaspoon ocean salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 tablespoons of molasses
  • 3 tablespoons of sweetener of preference: use erythritol sweetener for reduced carb or any other reduced carb granular sweetener equivalent, or paleo use coconut sugar.
  • 2 tablespoons of almond butter, or peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • Optional Topping:
  • 1 tablespoons of melted reduced carb sugar-free chocolate, or paleo begin using these choc chips
