Ingredients for Kofta Curry Recipe

taters steamed and mashed 3-4 medium

Tomato deseeded & chopped 1 medium

Cornflour/ corn starch 1 tablespoon

Cheese grated 1/4 cup

Red chillies crushed 1 teaspoon

Oil 2 tablespo to shallow fry

Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

Onions grated 3 medium

Ginger root-garlic clove paste 1 1/two tablespoons

Coriander powder 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder 1 teaspoon

Green spinach blanched and pureed 3 bunches

Fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon

Fresh cream 3 tablespoons

Method

Step One

Take mashed taters inside a bowl, add salt, half the chopped coriander leaves, half the chopped eco-friendly chillies, corn starch and blend well. Make eight equal sized balls and aside. For stuffing mix grated cheese, chopped tomato, salt and crushed red chillies.

Step Two

Make eight equal sized balls. Stuff the cheese mixture in to the potato balls and roll to close the stuffing. Heat sufficient oil inside a kadai and deep fry the koftas till golden. Drain onto an absorbent paper and aside. Heat two tablespoons oil inside a pan.

Step Three

Add cumin seeds, grated onions, chopped garlic clove and saut till it begins to alter the colour. Add ginger root-garlic clove paste, remaining chopped eco-friendly chillies, coriander powder, cumin powder and saut.

Step Four

Give a little water and prepare for 2 to 3 minutes. Add green spinach puree, fresh lemon juice and blend well. Add cream and simmer for a few minutes. Slice the koftas into two.

Step Five

For everyone pour gravy inside a plate and put the koftas regarding this. Garnish using the remaining chopped coriander leaves.
