Ingredients
  • 2 sticks (1/2 pound) salted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup white-colored sugar
  • 2 whole large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
  • 1 1/2 cup oatmeal (either quick or regular)
  • 1 cup chocolate coated candies, for example MM's
  • 3/4 cup choc chips (milk or semisweet)
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 1/4 cups grain cereal, for example Grain Krispies
  • Cold milk, for serving
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 levels F.

Cream the butter with sugars inside a mixing bowl until fluffy. Add some eggs individually, beating well after each addition. Add some vanilla and beat.

Combine the flour, salt, baking powder and sodium bicarbonate. Increase the mixing bowl and blend until combined. Next, include the oatmeal, chocolate candies, choc chips and pecans in whatever quantity you want. Add some cereal in the very finish, mixing until just combined. Don't over mix!

Make use of a cookie scoop to scoop balls of dough onto a cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes, after which let it awesome on the rack.

Serve with portions of cold milk.
