Lugaw or grain porridge (congee) is a common chinese grain recipe that's embreced by filipino. Lugaw has numerous variation with respect to the kind of meat that'll be incorporated. For arroz caldo recipe we usually used chicken because the primary meat as well as for lugaw goto it's innards meat are used. Ingredients for Goto Recipes

  • 1 kg of Goto (beef tripes) neat and steamed in 1 litre water for 1 1/2 hrs or before the meat tenderize, reduce serving computers, drain tripes put aside and broth.

  • 2 tablespoons of ground peppercon
  • Vetsin
  • Beef cubes
  • 1 bundle of spring onion, chopped
  • Salt to taste
Process of Cooking for Lugaw (Goto)

Inside a heated pot with oil sautee garlic clove, onion, ginger root, beef tripe and fish sauce, cover and simmer for 15 minute or once the tripe extract meat juices. Add broth stock, beef cubes, ground peppercorn, provide boil and add cooked glutinous grain, provide boil while constantly stirring. And finally add vestin, kasubha, and salt to taste. Offered in hot lugaw (goto recipes ) inside a bowl with tokwa't baboy like a side dish.
