Madatha kaja recipe by vah chef vada

Ingredients

  • → All-purpose flour 1 Cup.
  • → Wheat flour 2 Teaspoons.
  • → Salt Pinch.
  • → Sodium bicarbonate 1 Pinch.
  • → Baking powder 1 Tablespoons.
  • → Ghee 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Sugar 1 Cup.
  • → Cardamom powder 2 Pinch.
  • → Rose water 1/2 Cup.
  • → Oil To Fry.

Directions

1. Have a bowl and add all-purpose flour, wheat flour, pinch of salt, sodium bicarbonate, baking powder, ghee and blend it. 2. Add little water and blend nicely to create sticky dough, let it rest for 25 mins. 3. Have a pan and add little water,sugar, cardamom powder and permit it boil to create a sugar syrup. 4. Dust some flour and roll dough and reduce pieces with knife. 5. Heat oil inside a pan and turn off flame and fry the kaja into reddish brown in colour. 6. Drop into sugar syrup and blend nicely, put it on stove and blend rose water, later prepare until it's nice soft. 7. Strain the sugar syrup and coat it with sugar powder and transfer into serving plate. 8. Now gottam kaja is able to serve.
