I've chose to make this sauce many occasions. Twelve months I made around 30 quarts from it. I lined quart sized yogurt tubs with freezer bags, filled, twist tied them shut and froze them upright. Later once they were completely frozen I pulled the baggage out and stacked them like cord wood across the short wall of my chest freezer. We only at that at least one time per week within the winter rather than fed up with it. It can make excellent pizza sauce/bruschetta.
I halved the recipe and also got 7 quarts of sauce. Very tasty! I am impressed because this was my first attempt for canning also it appeared to operate. )
I, such as the others, had not made spaghetti sauce on your own. I love "on your ownInch cooking whenever possible, and that i loved this recipe a great deal. I cut the recipe lower to two servings (that is really about 10). I discovered it must be cooked for around an hour . 5 after boiling (prepare there was a time never pointed out). I additionally thought it was a little sweet, but a bit more salt required proper care of that. Otherwise, Scrumptious.
