Roasted Tomato Pasta with Mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 1 pound red and/or yellow grape or cherry tomato plants, halved
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano, crushed
  • 3 cloves garlic clove, thinly sliced

Directions
