  • 1 lb Italian Sausage
  • 1 (28oz) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup cottage type cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons of parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic clove powder
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350.

Prepare spaghetti based on package directions. Drain and hang aside.

Inside a large skillet brown Italian sausage. Drain fat from skillet. Stir in spaghetti sauce and hang aside.

Inside a large bowl, combine cottage type cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, parsley and garlic clove powder.

Inside a gently sprayed 9x13-inch pan, place 1 / 2 of the cooked pasta towards the bottom from the dish. Spread cream cheese mixture over noodles. Top with remaining noodles. Pour meat sauce over noodles and top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake uncovered for forty-five minutes. Let it awesome for 10-fifteen minutes before serving.
