My mother always designed a bean soup in Colombia known as Eco-friendly Bean Soup. The kind of beans she used however, aren't the kind of eco-friendly beans available in the united states. I attempted to obtain the beans for a long time however i couldn’t locate them anywhere.

While food shopping with my sister, I observed some canary beans. I demonstrated these to her and she or he believed that they looked pretty like the ones our mother would use within her Eco-friendly Bean Soup, simply not eco-friendly So, I purchased some making the soup. Ingredients

  • 1 pound canary beans drenched overnight
  • 2 pounds pork ribs, reduce pieces
  • 14 cups water
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 garlic clove clove
  • cup onion, chopped
  • cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • cup eco-friendly pepper, chopped
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • tablespoon sazon Goya with azafran
  • 1 large potato, peeled and diced
  • 1 chicken bouillon tablet
  • Pepper and salt
  • cup chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. Pick with the beans and discard any debris. Inside a mixer, add garlic clove, onion, red bell pepper, eco-friendly pepper and scallion.
  2. Inside a large pot over medium heat, add some beans, water, processed vegetables, chicken bouillon, carrots and pork ribs. Slightly cover and simmer for 1 hour.
  3. Add some ground cumin, sazon Goya. cilantro and taters. Simmer for thirty to forty minutes more or before the beans are tender.
  4. Season with pepper and salt. Serve with white-colored grain and hogao quietly.
