Stir-fry spaghetti with beef recipe

2 tablespoons of. soy sauce
1 tablespoons of. oil
1 sm. garlic clove clove, minced
1/8 teaspoon. ginger root
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, reduce thin strips
2 tablespoons of. oil
1 1/2 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
1 mediterranean. onion, reduce wedges
1/2 mediterranean. red pepper, reduce strips
1/2 mediterranean. yellow pepper, reduce strips
1 (6 oz.) jar mushrooms, drained
1 c. cold water
1 tablespoons of. corn starch
1 teaspoon. beef flavor instant bouillon
1/2 teaspoon. salt
1/2 of the (1 lb.) pkg. spaghetti, uncooked
Soy sauce, if preferred

In medium bowl, combine soy sauce, oil, garlic clove and ginger root. Add beef strips and toss until well coated. Cover and marinate for 30-an hour.

In medium skillet, heat two tablespoons oil. Add beef mixture and broccoli and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add onion, pepper strips and mushrooms. Stir fry until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Blend water, corn starch, bouillon and salt together and stir into beef mixture. Prepare until thickened and translucent. Keep warm. Prepare spaghetti based on directions on box and drain. Add beef mixture and toss to combine. Season with soy sauce if preferred.
