Very first time I sampled Quesadilla at Pizza Hut whenever we were deciding menu for the kid's birthday celebration. From on that day till today whenever I am going to Pizza hut I order paneer quesadilla. A week ago I prepared it both at home and it emerge well, so from now forward I'm able to have my personal favorite Quesadilla in your own home whenever. Drool.
RECIPE:
Cooking: 20 mins
Preparation Time: 10-15 mins
- Tortilla. 2
- Cheese: as needed
- Paneer: 1/2 cup( crumbled or chopped)
- Onion: 1 small( finely chopped)
- Tomato: 1 small ( finely chopped)
- Capsicum: 1/4 cup ( finely chopped)
- Turmeric pwd: a pinch
- Red chilli Pwd: 1/6 teaspoon
- Cumin pwd: 1/3 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves: couple of springs
- Heat oil in kadai/pan and add chopped onion, prepare till it start turning light brown .
- Add some tomato and capsicum. Prepare till tomato plants turn soft.
- Add all of the dry masala and salt and prepare for an additional 2-3 mins.
- Add some paneer and coriander leaves. mix well to ensure that paneer are very well coated with masala.
- Prepare for 1-2 mins. switch off heat .
- Have a tortilla and spread paneer mixture as proven within the picture.
- Spread grated cheese on the top of paneer mixture and fold it exactly into half to pay for multiplication completely.
- Heat a pan/griddle and grease with butter/ oil and arrange the tortilla full of paneer. Prepare in low flame on sides until golden brown and crispy. With that time, the cheese may also melt.
- Cut each directly into two quarters and serve hot with tomato sauce or cheesy dip.
- You may also spread over fully on the tortilla and shut the filling with another tortilla, toast each side and reduce quarters.
- Cheese could be elevated or decreased according to your decision.
