INGREDIENTS
- 1 mind of broccoli
- two tablespoons essential olive oil
- 6 tablespoons grated Pecorino or Mozzarella dairy product
- 1/2 to at least one teaspoon dried chile flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Juice of just oneOr2 lemon
- Ocean salt and fresh-cracked pepper
PREPARATION
Steam the entire mind of broccoli for any lovely presentation, or speed the procedure along by breaking or cutting into bite-sized florets. Steam the broccoli until it is simple to insert a knife into the middle of the broccoli mind (about twenty minutes) or fork in to the large florets (five to six minutes).
Preheat the broiler. Drain the broccoli and put it inside a baking dish. Drizzle it using the oil, and sprinkle it with cheese, chile flakes and oregano. Broil the broccoli before the cheese is golden brown, 2-3 minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon juice to the broccoli, season with pepper and salt to taste, and serve.
