2. Prep your veggie ingredients: chop the cucumber, dice the tomato, slice the mushrooms, dice the citrus, slice the onions and slice your olives. Place each one of these veggies inside a large mixing bowl.

Prep the Veggies:
3. Give a drizzle of dark wine vinegar along with a drizzle of EVOO for your chopped veggies bowl. Grind inside a plentiful quantity of fresh pepper. Toss lightly. Put aside.

4. Gather your salad bowls as well as your vegetables. Divide the vegetables between your bowls. Leave room for that veggies though! Drizzle a tiny bit of dressing within the vegetables.
