Mutton Shinwari Karahi Recipe in British

  1. Mutton 1 kg
  2. Tomato 1/2 kg
  3. Eco-friendly chilies 5-6
  4. Big eco-friendly chilies 5-6
  5. Ginger root garlic clove paste 2 tablespoons of
  6. Pepper 1 tablespoons of
  7. Crushed cumin 1 teaspoon
  8. Oil as needed
  9. Salt to taste
  1. Put ghee or oil in Karahi.
  2. Then put mutton, roast it and remove its oil.
  3. Now put tomato, eco-friendly chilies and ginger root garlic clove paste, mix it nicely and roast it.
  4. Now add water as needed and prepare until mutton tender.
  5. Now add big eco-friendly chilies, salt, crushed cumin and pepper, mix it nicely and roast it.
  6. In finish, remove karahi in serving dish.
  7. Then garnish with eco-friendly coriander and eco-friendly chilies and serve.
