This have been effective & is very simple to make. I simply chose to make this batter to fry some zucchini & i really like it. So light and crispy and never over-powering natural taste from the zucchini (not oily). I didn't finish up while using 1Tblsp egg. only cuz i did not want the remainder of it (the egg) to visit waste. I additionally used extra-virgin essential olive oil rather of veg (personal pref.) but nonetheless its switched out perfect. Good for appetizers! I'm now attempting to try the left-overs on another thing. I've already cooked some catch dinner, but i can tell how great this is like a fish batter too. May also do this to fry cauliflower and onion. Only a note: I did not need to measure everything perfectly, just reach the consistency you really need it, for instance for any thicker fish batter use less water, for light and crispy veg batter, increase the water to create a smoother texture. An excellent simple and easy , tasty batter! I added some dried oregano and tulsi leaves and fried some fish. My daughter,who isn't a fish fan,cleaned her plate! Thumbs up completely.

It was not just easy but sampled great! I fried some zucchini and onions for pre dinner appetizers. Is going to be by using this recipe again for fish. Thanks a lot for posting!
