Roll halves into balls & allow them to rise under moist cloths for twenty to thirty minutes. Use within the next recipes. VARIATIONS: For Neapolitan Pizza, omit the oil. If you're at the office all day long, reduce the quantity of yeast & let rise gradually for 8 hrs approximately. Make sure it is tightly covered. Use 3/4 c wholewheat flour with 3 1/4 c white-colored flour.
