I'm ready for something apart from poultry or pork this Thanksgiving. I'd prefer to perform a Crown Roast around the egg, but haven't done one. Also interested in stuffing the center. I'm just a little concern about becoming dry the roast by permitting lots of time to prepare the stuffing. Anybody have rewarding suggestions or advice? Thanks ahead of time[p]Dave
YB (ray ward) helps make the best stuffed crown roast i've ever eaten. should you search the recipe archives, or take a look at previous eggtoberfest cookbooks located by eithere wessb (world wide web.wessb.com) or even the the naked whiz (world wide web.nakedwhiz.com), you'll find YB's recipe. it's terrific.
