Slow Cooked Orange Pork Roast

  • 2-3 tablespoons oil
  • 3-4 lb pork roast
  • 1 teaspoons cumin
  • pepper and salt
  • cup orange juice
  • cup white-colored wine vinegar

  1. Rub cumin, salt, and pepper throughout roast.
