2 tablespoons of. oil
3 eggs
1 c. bean sprouts, drained
1/2 c. cooked, chopped pork
2 tablespoons of. chopped onion
3/4 teaspoon. salt
Heat oil in ten inch skillet. Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored, about a few minutes. Stir in bean sprouts, pork, onion and salt. Pour 1/4 cup egg mixture at any given time, into skillet. Push cooked eggs up over pork with broad spatula to create patty. Prepare until patty is placed turn. Prepare over medium heat until other part is brown. Serve with sauce. 2 servings.
1/2 c. water
1 teaspoon. corn starch
1 teaspoon. sugar
1 teaspoon. vinegar
2 tablespoons of. plus 1 1/2 teaspoon. soy sauce
Prepare all ingredients, stirring constantly until thick and boiling. Boil and stir about a minute.
