Deep fried pork spare ribs recipe
Ingredients
  • 2 racks St. Louis style ribs
  • Your preferred rib rub
  • Peanut oil, for frying
  • Your preferred barbecue sauce
  • Pre-wash solution:
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 ounces beer
  • Breading:
  • All-purpose flour
  • Pepper, salt, and Cajun spices, to taste

Set smoker at 350 levels F.

Wash each rack under water. Pat dry. Place racks on the wood-burning smoker. A hickory wood fire is better. Smoke ribs for half an hour. Remove ribs from smoker and rub both sides using the rib rub. Return the ribs to smoker and smoke at 350 levels F for around one hour half an hour. Remove ribs and awesome completely. When awesome, cut ribs into individual sections. Dip each rib into pre-wash solution then your breading mixture, gently dredging. Get rid of the surplus then use wash again and so the breading mixture.

Place ribs right into a 350-degree F deep fryer and prepare for five minutes or until golden brown. You'll have to do multiple batches. Serve together with your favorite barbecue sauce for dipping.
