Sweet sour pork recipe mandarin

3/4 lb. pork butt or remaining pork from chops or roast
1 sm. eco-friendly pepper, decline in strips
1 lg. tomato decline in wedges
3/4 c. chunk pineapple
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
Cooked grain for everyone four to six.

1/4 c. water
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
6 tablespoons of. sugar
2 teaspoon. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco
1 teaspoon. soy sauce
1 tablespoons of. corn starch by 50 percent tablespoons of. water

If using fresh pork, trim fat from meat and cut thin strips into 1" squares. Prepare meat in little bit of herbal inside a large fry pan for ten to fifteen minutes or until done. Drain fat from pan.

If using cooked remaining pork, trim extra fat and reduce 1" chunks. Devote a sizable fry pan. You don't need to heat.

Prepare sauce by mixing all ingredients, except corn starch in water, inside a medium saucepan. Provide a boil and simmer one minute. Gradually add corn starch and water mixture and stir and prepare until thickened. Add eco-friendly pepper to sauce and prepare one minute.

Transfer sauce mixture to fry pan with meat. Add tomato, pineapple and mandarin oranges as well as heat through. Serve over grain.
