3/4 c. uncooked grain
1 teaspoon. ocean salt
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon. freshly ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon. hot paprika
1 teaspoon. minced garlic clove
6 large cabbage leaves
1 lb. lean hamburger
1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup (reduce sodium)
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons of. low-fat grated cheddar cheese
Prepare grain in boiling salted water (1 teaspoon salt) inside a tightly covered pan for fifteen minutes.
Combine meat, onion, seasonings and cooked grain. Blanch cabbage leaves in a tiny bit of boiling water in covered pan two for to 3 minutes.
Divide meat mixture into six portions. Wrap in cabbage leaves and secure with toothpicks.
Place cabbage rolls inside a 6x8-inch casserole. Combine soup and cream and pour over rolls.
Sprinkle cheese on the top, cover casserole and bake for 1 1/2 hrs inside a preheated 375°F oven. Note: These may be cooked inside a slow oven on high for just two hrs or until cabbage is tender.
