- 3/4C chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic clove powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Toppings:
- Romain lettuce, chopped
- Tortilla chips, damaged
- Cherry tomato plants, sliced in two
- Colby Jack cheese, shredded
- Lime wedges, optional
- Caesar salad dressing
- 1 ear of corn, cooked and charred
Directions:
- Halve the chicken white meat and put in a tiny saucepan. Sprinkle with spices and fill up with chicken broth. Prepare over medium heat until cooked through. Remove chicken and shred, then go back to saucepan and then prepare until liquid has cooked off. Transfer chicken to some clean bowl.
