I chose to make this for Easter time Sunday it had been amazing! It truly was the simplest potato salad I’ve ever prepared, and also the taste was quite tart, that we enjoyed. It went over perfectly! I'll certainly get this to again!

In Italia they create a &"salad&" from taters that is just steamed taters, reduce bite-size pieces. The you sprinkle salt and drizzle essential olive oil and vinegar regarding this. Many people add chopped parsley too. It’s a simple side dish however i like it a lot sometimes I simply turn it into a meal!
I designed a potato salad lately where I added the vinegar while hot (good idea!) and added the creamy dressing as the taters remained as hot, also it certainly made the dressing way runnier. The next time i’ll check it out by awaiting the taters to awesome!
