This recipe was handed in my experience by an Amish lady in Tennessee and is comparable to this batch pictured which i selected up yesterday in an Amish bulk super market.

Amish Sweet Macaroni Salad

  • 1½ cups uncooked macaroni
  • 3 hard-steamed eggs
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ¾ cup salad dressing
  • two tablespoons yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup white-colored vinegar
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  1. Prepare and drain macaroni.
  2. Awesome.
  3. Add eggs, celery, and onion.
  4. Mix salad dressing, mustard, vinegar, and sugar completely, adding to macaroni mixture. Chill and serve.
