When fruits are combined with saffron laced thick custard milk, a scrumptious fruit salad with milk comes into the world. Within this recipe you can use as various kinds of fruits as you desire as it won't spoil its taste. Serves: 6 servings

1 Chikoo (Sapodilla)

1/3 cup Pomegranate Seeds

1/3 cup Eco-friendly Grapes (seedless)

2 teaspoons Custard Powder

2-3 strands Saffron (Kesar) (optional)

3 tablespoons Sugar

Mix 1/2 cup milk, custard powder and saffron inside a bowl. Mix well to avoid protuberances formation.

Heat 2 cups milk inside a pan over low flame. Add milk-custard mixture (prepared in step one) and sugar. Stir continuously and produce it to boil over medium heat.

Prepare until milk becomes thick or around 8-ten minutes.

Switch off heat and transfer it to some bowl. Allow it to awesome at 70 degrees after which put it in refrigerator to relax not less than 1-2 hrs.

Wash blueberry, apple, chickoo (sapodilla) and grapes in flowing water and drain them. Peel and cut blueberry into small pieces. If grapes are extremely big, then cut them into halves otherwise ensure that it stays whole. Core, peel and cut apple into small pieces. Peel and cut chikoo into halves, discard seeds and work into small pieces.
