Chinese chicken salad recipe using top ramen

Certainly one of my personal favorite reasons for summer time barbecues may be the sides! This recipe is really a family favorite we've loved for a long time. You can even serve this like a primary dish should you be wanting an easy, refreshing salad!


Ramen Noodle Oriental Chicken Salad Recipe:
(Makes 8-10 servings)

Ingredients:

Dressing:
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 1/two tablespoons seasoned grain vinegar
4 1/two tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Salad:
2 -3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 mind cabbage, chopped
1 bunch eco-friendly onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (2 1/2 ounce) package slivered almonds
2 packages Top Ramen noodles, crushed into small pieces

Directions:
In a tiny bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, grain vinegar, sugar, pepper and salt. Cover and store in fridge until before serving. Inside a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cabbage and sunflower seeds put aside. Inside a pan over medium heat, warm-up vegetable oil. Add Top Ramen noodles (without flavor packets) and prepare until slightly brown. Add slivered almonds and continue stirring over heat until golden brown. Once awesome, add ramen mixture towards the cabbage mixture and stir to mix. Add dressing and toss to coat before serving to prevent the noodles getting saturated.
