Melon Salad With Citrus Mint Dressing

1-1/2 cups Melon, honeydew, fresh, diced
1-1/2 cups fresh cubed cantaloupe
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
2 mint sprigs, chopped (or 1 tablespoons of dried)
1 teaspoon light honey

Directions
  • In medium bowl, toss honeydew, cantaloupe, lime zest, lime juice, mint, and honey.
  • Cover and refrigerate not less than 2 hrs.
