Tasty bread. I made half the recipe, while using bread machine for that kneading. I didn't make use of the butter topping once they were baked. This can be a slightly sweet bread having a fine crumb, although not dense. I baked it into rolls, however it will make an excellent loaf. I acquired seven rolls of slightly different sizes. Designed a terrific poultry sandwich for supper today!
This recipe was very good. I didn't have bread flour and so i used AP flour and a few wheat gluten. These were just a little heavy and so i believe that I'd provide them with a bit more than an hour or so of rising time basically made these again (for that second rise time). They're slightly sweet just like a dinner roll but would also create a good bun for any sandwich regardless of the sort. We ate all of them with our lunch like a roll today and therefore are getting all of them with our sandwiches tomorrow. Just recipe.
Hmmm. Unsure why however the crumb arrived on the scene too dense for me personally. The rolls were around the heavy side. Anyway, I made 8 rolls for sandwiches. Will need to test the recipe again to find out if it is indeed my fault. )
