After chopping the eggs (we make 4-5 eggs), the most popular recipe is fairly simple and easy , very tasty. Penzeys includes a wonderful all-purpose &"salt-free&" seasoning known as Mural of Flavor. Within the bowl of chopped eggs, I give a dollop of mayonnaise, then top it having a teaspoon of Mural of Flavor, another teaspoon of dill relish, a pinch of onion powder, a few grinds of fresh pepper and blend everything in to the mayo before folding it in to the eggs. Whether it’s not wet enough, add a bit more mayo until it’s the consistency you want. A sprinkle of smoked paprika on the top and also you’re all set. We love to this mix on the toasted sub roll with shredded lettuce and chopped flat leaf parsley. The Mural of Flavor is really scrumptious, you are able to really stay away from salt. I’ll have to own curry powder idea a go. I believe I'd like the kick. A couple of years back I started adding a little bit of horseradish to egg salad and deviled eggs. I've found that provides the eggs a pleasant kick too! Oh, and that i always add a little bit of brown mustard.
