Recipes - Honey Teriyaki Sauce
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup Spille Honey
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup sake (grain wine)*
- 1 clove garlic clove, minced
- 1-1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root root
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and blend well.
Serving Suggestions:
Marinate chicken, fish, beef or pork in most-Purpose Honey Teriyaki Sauce for 1 or even more hrs, based on kind of meat and cut. One recipe is sufficient for around 4 pounds of meat.
Variations:
* Dry white-colored wine might be substituted just for the sake (grain wine).
Sesame Marinade: Add 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds to at least one cup All-Purpose Honey Teriyaki Sauce.
Stir-Fry Seasoning: Dissolve 1 Tablespoon corn starch in 1/2 cup All-Purpose Honey Teriyaki Sauce to season 4 cups stir-fry ingredients. Serve stir-fry with sauce over grain, noodles or baked potato.
